Course Description:

Course times are 9am – 6pm Saturday and 8am -5pm Sunday. This course is available as a 1 Day Course for $250(Saturday only). Or as a 2 Day Course for $500(Saturday and Sunday) and you will receive 16 NPCP CEU’s for the whole course. NPCP CEU’s are not issued for the 1 day course. The 1 Day Course is suited to PT’s and learning about the Balansit and pelvic floor and Day 2 includes Pilates Equipment.
